Spa Appointment Policy:

• Your credit card number will be required to reserve your appointment time.
• 48 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise you will be billed the full amount of that appointment.
• 72 hours notice must be given for two or more services booked on the same day, or you will be charged the full amount of those appointments.
• Two or more services booked on the same day must be paid in advance with a credit card.
• No refunds on series or packages, balance will be used for in store credit.
• $25 return check fee from TeleCheck.
