Time: 7:00-7:45 pm

There is no obligation, when we meet we will be discussing the cleanse, tasting it, watching a DVD about the cleanse and talking about foods, any concerns and anti-aging benefits.
I think the Standard Process Cleanse Program is excellent. It is easy to use and definitely worth the investment of time and money. Before starting it I had a well established daily craving for sweet snacks after every meal. During the program, I noticed the craving for sweets disappeared and I was surprised to find that the skin all over my body gained a new smoothness. Best of all, from following the program, I established a habit that I still follow, of blending a healthy fruit smoothie to use as a snack between meals. I would do the Standard Process Cleanse again and I recommend it to anyone.
Sincerely, Marti Meyer |

Want to Lose Weight? Hire More Elves!
by Melissa Echman
Nutritionist & Weight Loss Expert Dawn gave me an article from Newsweek. It read "Gut microbes are the key to weight loss." This of course intrigued me and I had to read more. The article is very technical so I created a Holiday parallel for you to enjoy.

Taking Action
by Tamara Hanscom, Colon Therapist
Hello All! I was thinking, what should I write about this month?, and I realized that what I was feeling in this very moment was perfect to share about. I have decided to get reconnected with myself.
I was feeling out of control in many ways -- with my food, keeping my home clean, paying my bills, calling people back, the list goes on and on. I seemed to have some type of angst going on. How could I get relief? What did I need to do to get back in control and connected with myself?
I hear it from clients all the time, that they are sooo busy. There is something in all of us that needs our attention. For some of us, it's about slowing down, and creating some quiet space for ourselves. Perhaps it's just sitting and breathing. Maybe it's taking that class you've always wanted to take.
For me It was about taking ACTION. I love that saying, "it takes far more energy to say I'm going to do it, then actually physically doing it." I'm sure a few of you can relate. The action I needed was to stop putting off some of the things that I needed to get done and just do them. It's so easy to not do them when I'm tired, yet the surge of energy I get from taking the action is so worth it! I decided to put on some CDs I haven't listened to in a long time, and I started moving and got things done! I feel so connected to myself again.
Life seems to be flying by, faster and faster! Join me and let's find some quality. Enjoy your day, and find more and more ways to lovingly connect with yourself! |

Exercise
The Way of Eve
I DO NOT LIKE TO EXERCISE!
I do like to PLAY! As a matter of fact, I LOVE TO PLAY!!!! I've always wondered, why do I have to go and exercise? Now don't get me wrong , for those of you who love to go to the gym...Rock On, more power to you. I get depressed just thinking about going. So, we went bowling instead. Yes, I said bowling. I know, I can hear you laughing right now, bowling? Is that considered exercise? Well let me tell you, I was so sore after only 2 games of bowling I was ashamed of myself, I thought you must be really pathetic. So, we went the next week, again, sore all over but, not quite as sore as the week before.
We went again last night, just a little sore today. I am ecstatic! What other forms of exercise-play can we do? My honeys suggestion...Dance Lessons! Sounds good to me.
Here's to fun! | |
