Dear Dawn,
We now have on-going educational classes for you to learn how to feel
better and have more energy. This is very exciting! Look under
"classes" for dates and times.
You clients coming in all the time just having suffered from the flu, you
don't have to suffer. Come in and let me get you on immuplex to help you
immune system fight off the virus and bacteria. You can take 2-4 every hour

I have been working for the Fountain of Health for almost two years now and
this is the first time that I have ever done any type of cleanse. I was
apprehensive about it because I didn't know how I was going to feel, after
all I was starting school that week and I needed to feel energetic and have
a clear head. Dawn and Eve assured me that I would feel better than ever
and not to worry.
I and 10 others started Standard Process's three week detoxification
cleanse and in those three weeks I lost 10 lbs and have been getting a more
restful sleep as well as feeling a lot better. The shakes that you drink up
to three times a day are yummy and you can put just about anything you want
in them, as long as its fruits or vegetables. I even put coconut oil in
mine because I liked the flavor it gave my shakes as well as the fat
sustained me for a longer period of time. In about 4 days I wasn't hungry,
I had to make myself drink the shake, and they said that would happen.
If you have never done a cleanse before and want to really detoxify your body,
this cleanse is the best. I also noticed that while on this cleanse, doing
colonics in succession helped to eliminate the toxins better. One more
thing after the second week I started eliminating parasites, bonus! So not
only did I detoxify from this cleanse but it also became a cleanse to
eliminate parasites. I really feel cleansed, I feel energetic and people
comment on how clear my skin and eyes are. Plus! I fit back into my
favorite pair of jeans again.

CLASS STORIES
You guys are GREAT! This class was the best, you have talked to me about
this for ever, but when I took the class I GOT IT! I'm doing what you said,
I'm chewing my food, and I'm taking my whole food supplements you have me
on and I'm feeling great, finally! Your right, it is simple if you just do

What Is Killing 400%
More People Than AIDS?
I am always reading health articles about this and that. And I found some
interesting information that I did not know about our colons. And here I am
in the business and I did not know these shocking statistics.
In the Merck Manual, which is written by top doctors in the world, and is
published by one of the largest pharmaceutical manufactures, it states that
'colon degeneration and deterioration is rising. EVERY American will develop some
type of colon cancer, tumor, polyp or disease in their life time".
Yikes! Colon cancer kills more men than women in America. Colon cancer
claims more lives than breast cancer. It actually kills 400% more people
than AIDS!
Diverticula
are sac like herniations which penetrate through the wall of the colon and
are caused by the increased pressure caused by constipation. They are
filled with noxious fecal matter. When they become infected, the rotting
feces erodes the surrounding mucosa. This causes blood vessels to rupture
which gives way to infection. This can then can circulate through our
blood.
A polyp
is a tumor which grows from the bowel and protrudes into the inside of the
colon. Most of these polyps have the propensity to become malignant cancer
tumors.
The average American stores from six to ten pounds of fecal waste in their
colon. No wonder people lose weight after doing colonics.
Colon degeneration is absolutely avoidable. Cleaning our colons has been
dated back to 1500 BC. Hundreds of other cultures clean their colons
regularly. Columbia University states 95% of all cancers are due to toxic
foods and environment. So if we watch what we put into our mouths and
detoxify our bodies that 95% cancer rate is not going to have anything on us.

Five Easy Ways to
Prevent Colon Disorders
1. Eat More Fiber
Fiber makes you have a bowel movement because it creates pressure in the
colon, which stimulates the colon to move out the feces quicker.
Vegetables are very high in fiber, vitamin C, folic acid and minerals. They
provide you with many health benefits: Fiber in vegetables slows the
absorption of fat and toxins. One of the best ways to lose weight is to eat
plenty of fiber. Eating adequate fiber can help normalize cholesterol levels
and blood pressure.
So you want to consume a high fiber food program which contains a lot of
vegetables, nuts, grains, beans, seeds, legumes and fruit. Those are the
best sources of fiber.
2. Eat plenty of
vegetables:
Plenty means that at least half of the food you eat (by volume) is a
vegetable.
* Vegetables nourish normal gut bacteria, which in turn nourish the lining
of the GI tract, produce vitamins, and inhibit yeast and other undesirable
organisms.
* They speed up bowel transit time, which reduces bowel toxicity and
prevents irritation of the GI lining.
* Vegetables contain folic acid, which is necessary to produce serotonin
(preventing depression and overeating), increases energy and helps reduce
the chances for a heart attack.
* The minerals in vegetables help prevent osteoporosis (other nutrients
besides calcium are important for healthy bone). Minerals are also
important enzyme cofactors. Most major functions of the body are dependent
on minerals.
* Eating vegetables can reduce the instance of cancer and heart disease,
increase your energy and mental clarity, reduce the problems caused by
bowel and liver toxicity, help reduce the symptoms of allergies, asthma,
arthritis, skin problems, digestive problems, sinusitis, chronic pain, and
many other health problems.
Try to add a raw food program for a few days and you will most likely see a
change in bowel movements.
3. Move your Body
Movement encourages the peristaltic action of the intestine.
This is the muscular contraction which causes a bowel movement.
You need to exercise to get the bowels moving. You need to move around!
Have you noticed when you take an animal out to exercise they usually have
a Bowel Movement?
4. Drink More Liquid
Your body cannot adequately eliminate waste products without enough water.
You will have a much easier time getting better when you are properly
hydrated.
Of course there is controversy about which kind of water is best. Tap water
can be a source of chemicals like fluorine, chlorine, and even lead. Filtered
or bottled water is usually best.
People should consume at least 2 quarts of liquid a day, if not more.
Dehydration is one of the main causes of constipation. Suggested liquids
include: water, veggie juices, vegetable soups, diluted fruit and herbal
teas.
5. Do Colonics Regularly
and Do an Intestinal Cleanse Program
Doing colonics regularly hydrates and strengthens the colon; this keeps the
colon clean and functioning on a regular basis, not allowing any feces to
get stuck along the colon walls. This should be done once a month to every
three months.
The Intestinal Cleanse Program is a 3 week program which utilizes diet,
nutrition, detoxifying herbs and colonics to stimulate the peristaltic
action of the intestine and opens the pathways of the liver. It literally
pulls the compacted fecal matter off of the intestinal wall and passes it
out of the system.

Recipes For Your Health
Buckwheat Groats with
Vermicelli and Fall Vegetables
Serves 4 to 6
Buckwheat groats constitute an invigorating texture and assertive flavor to
an otherwise mild pasta dish.
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 cup buckwheat groats (kasha)
* 16-ounce can vegetable broth
* 1 cup raw vermicelli (thin spaghetti), broken into 2-inch lengths
* 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into narrow 2-inch-long strips
* 1/2 medium jicama, peeled and cut into 1 /2-inch dice
* 1 cup firmly packed finely shredded green cabbage
* 2 medium leeks, light parts only, chopped and well-rinsed
* 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
* 2 teaspoons poppy seeds, optional
* Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Heat half of the oil in a large skillet. Add the groats and stir quickly to
coat them with the oil. Toast over medium heat, stirring frequently, until
they turn darker and aromatic. Pour the broth over the groats and bring to
a simmer.
Simmer gently until the water is absorbed, about 15 to 25 minutes,
depending on the grind of the groats.
Cook the vermicelli separately until just al dente, then immediately rinse
with cool water.
Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet or stir-fry pan. Add the red
pepper, turnip, jicama, cabbage, and leeks, and stir-fry over medium heat
until tender-crisp. Stir in the cooked groats and vermicelli along with the
remaining ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 10
to 12 minutes. If the mixture seems dry, add just a bit of water. Serve at
once.
More about Groats
These toasty-brown, pyramid-shaped seeds, sometimes marketed as
"kasha," come from a plant related to rhubarb. In both groat and
flour forms, buckwheat is far more extensively used in Far Eastern, Asian,
and Eastern European cuisines. Bold-flavored and aromatic, it combines well
with sauteed onion, celery, cabbage, and fresh herbs. It makes a good grain
for stuffing winter squashes and other vegetables, and is often used in
Jewish specialties. Groats come in fine, medium, and coarse grinds, which
varies their cooking times.
Cooking:
Use 2 parts water or vegetable stock to 1 part grain. Bring the liquid to a
simmer in a saucepan. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon oil for every cup groats
used in a large heavy skillet. Add the groats and stir quickly to coat with
the oil. Toast over medium heat, stirring frequently, until they darken
further and become very aromatic, about 4 to 5 minutes. Pour the liquid
over them and cover. Simmer gently until the liquid is absorbed, about 15
to 25 minutes (depending on the grind).
